An awareness campaign that distributes information
about the Hepatitis C Virus to people all over the
United States through a wide network of Musicians
and Street Teams. The goal is to educate as many people
as we can about hepatitis C and help to erase the
stigma attached to this disease.

The Hep C Postcard provides
basic facts and information to help people determine
who is at risk and how to get help. Musicians distribute
these postcards at their shows and theput them anywhere
they can within their community.
Check out the musicians
and street
teams who keep our message moving strong.

Musicians / Bands /
Performers - all it takes is a few seconds
of mic-time to mention the Hep C Awareness campaign
on stage! Most venues allow people to pass out promotional
flyers - so then all you have to do is mention the
postcard during your show and there's a good chance
that someone will hear the message and seek out more
information.
Take a look at this roster
of talented Musicians who have given their time
and energy to support the campaign through postcard
distribution, performing at Hep C awareness events,
and some have even offered donations from album sales.
Street
Teams - the focus is on distributing the Hep
C Postcards to people and businesses in local areas,
including town bulletin boards, health clinics, record
stores, laundromats and any other location that is
used for community information and awareness.
Look through our list of exisiting
Street Teams in cities all across the country.
If you can't find any in your area, maybe you'll consider
starting a new Street Team in your hometown?
If you are interested in either of these programs,
please email us or call to talk about volunteer opportunities.
Thank you so much for supporting Hep C Aware!
